Looking forward to watching/reading about your success with the program and how it coincides with your training. I used to say I can't lose weight while running (training), but I think that was just an excuse (for me it was. I ate like crap.) Anyway...kudos for taking stock of where you are and judging by your past successes, you're gonna do AWESOME. :)Lindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15022512096164662686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14310064.post-57286231326873396642011-01-08T10:07:15.698-06:002011-01-08T10:07:15.698-06:00Suggest that you check out (on Facebook) as well a...Suggest that you check out (on Facebook) as well as online a guy by the name of Bob Seebohar. His nutritional principle is "Metabolic Efficiency". Doesn't directly align with Weight Watchers, but from an athlete's point of view, it minimizes carbs and focuses on running the body on lean protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. It's what I used to drop weight before my big race and safely got off the last ten pounds or so over a two months span of time. Check it out; it's a direct descendent of what is called "The Paleo Diet". Keep going!Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01231738393507524474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14310064.post-55805959634901243942011-01-08T09:23:03.615-06:002011-01-08T09:23:03.615-06:00Hooray!!
