In the big scheme of things, it probably doesn't matter much at all. I have told myself since Jan. 1 that from then until mid March, I am just building base and to not try pushing the intensity or distance more than is required. Also a book I bought says to not worry about making up workouts, the easy ones anyway. Just go to the next workout and go from there. If necessary, add a week to the training plan. We have a lot of time yet, but I do understand your concern about not getting all that training in.
