Great ride. Really enjoyed the class. Had some hills and flats. Mary gave me as spinning bandana. As she said "GAME ON" ITS TRAINING TIME.

THE NEW YEAR HAS BEGUN

With no time because of a vacation,work,sick,and excercise-I have no time left to blog. But I will get better .This is going into my first good week of training.
