TIRED THURSDAY

RUN: 30 MIN/ AVE HR 133/ MAX 151/ 2.0 MILES

On the way home from work-I felt really tired. I knew if I went straight home I would not do anything. I stopped at the gym and did my 30 min workout on the treadmill. Got home took a shower and put my jammies on and it was only 430. It was a rainy evening that I took it easy and listened to my body.

TONY'S 1-2-3 INTREVAL

SPINNING: 60 MIN/ INTERVAL/AVE HR 144/ MAX 167

Tonight was a repeat of Monday's interval's with alittle more intensity. Corbin did great and I did okay-my legs were alittle tired. I was thinking of spinning tomorrow but I will run after work. I really need to pick up the running. This week-end should be a long run- at least 2 hours.

FIRST OUTSIDE BIKING

CYCLE: 20MIN

Okay-it was the first time on the new bike. 56 degrees in February.I had to take it out. Corbin also wanted to try his new bike. I walked it down the drive. Got next to the mailbox. Then tried to click in . I had just gotten my left foot in when zCorbin fell over trying to clip in out in the street. I tried to help but I was locked on . Okay Corbin is now up and on- I still can't get my right in. Now I got it -try to ride- bike is making a funny noise. Tried to find a mailbox to grab onto to stop. Got stoppped and going again. Now to shift -down shifted can't get it back up. Another 10 min. and I've got it. Rode alittle then headed for home. First experience -I learned alot but I have so much more to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TOUGH TONY'S INTERVALS

SPINNING : 70 MIN. / AVR HR 137/ MAX 166

Another great Tony workout. The intervals: 1 min fast/1 recovery/ 2 min med-hard/ 1 min recovery/ 3 min climb/ 1 min recovery. We did this 5 times. For the first 30 min I couldn't get it to click then It was a good workout.

WORN-OUT WEEK-END

SATURDAY: SPINNING : 60 MIN./ AVE HR 149/ MAX 172

Mary taught another tough class. Some hills and then interval- not much recovery. I didn't eat before and paid during the class.

SUNDAY: RUN/ 30MIN/ 2.0MILES

I got up and was tired and went back to bed .Finally at 4pm I got to the gym and ran for 30min on the treadmill easy. At least I did it but I listened to my body.
