CATCHING UP AGAIN

MONDAY: STRONG/WEIGHTS 60 MINS.

TUESDAY : OFF

WEDNESDAY: WIMPED OUT

I guess at some point you need to take it easier but with home the way it is right now this is the time. I just need to keep some sort of excercise going until January then seriously pick things up again. I do still feel strong when I work out.

CATCHING UP

LAST WEEK : Last week was one of those weeks where your priorities are important. My husband was ill and need me-so working out came second or not at all.

Saturday: RUN ; 40 MIN / 3MILES

SUNDAY : SPINNING : 60 MIN/ AVE HR 145 MAX 169

Great class- I need to do more of this
