FLEXIBILLITY AGAIN

RUN: TREADMILL/ 4:1/60 MIN

Plan A: go to spinning class 8-9. then run 60-90 min on Sunday.
Reality: run 60 min and hope to spin on Sunday.

It was a good workout. Watched my HR -it seemed to stay 140-145 when I was running. I need to get a grasp on my zones.

MISSED OPPORTUNIY

ZERO

Beautiful day in January. Sun and 50. Busy day at work. Got off late. House a mess. Supper to cook. Lauren to pick up. BOTTOM LINE: ZERO. I feel bad that I didn't make it but sometimes you're just tired.

AWESOME OUTSIDE

RUN: 2.O MILES/ NO TIME

It's amazing for January to be out with Dakota. Sun and 40 after work. I need to get some miles in anyway. Tomorrow night- spin or run-definitely Saturday is spin and Sunday longer run. We'll see----------If it's good weather.

ENDURANCE RIDE

SPINNING: 1 HOUR/ FORGOT HRM

Tonight mary took us on an endurance ride. You stay in the seat and try to maintain a constant rate with several pick-ups. I felt this would be an easy workout. Boy was I wrong. I think it is easier with the ups and downs.
I am really trying to figure out a training plan. I just got a new book which will help -I don't think I can totally wing it. So far every 3rd weekend will be a longer endurance run-up to 3 hours. the other 2 will be a 60-90 min. with a bike or spin.

SRING IN JANUARY WITH DAKOTA

RUN: 30 MIN/ EASY

How many times do you get a 50 degree day in January? Well- that's why we have flexibility. I opted to run with Dakota instead of spinning. It felt great. My legs were alittle tired but it felt good to be outside again. tomoorow I'll spin when it's cold. Dakota thought it was a great idea too!

Time to start getting some long runs. I felt really good. I wondered after spinninge yesterday. I am again replanning my training.
