SPINNING AGAIN

SPINNING : 60 MIN/ AVE HR 149/ MAX 169

Felt really good. Could have done more. I am planning 2006 and feel spinning will be a new element in my training. I don't know that it will help with my speed but I know it will improve the endurance. Legs were not tired.

HILL SPINNING

Another great workout on the cycle. I am anxious to see how my cardio will improve 2006. I am trying to set my schedule for the year. i am wondering if I could do a biathalon. Something to think about!

Winter has been alittle different. My excercise time has increased from last december but it is mainly spinnin. January 1st the spping can only be 2 days a week and the running begins again.
