LIGHT AM RIDE

BIKE: 75 MIN./ APPR 15 MILES

I want to run long tomorrow and watch Cor race today so I just took an easy ride. The weather was beautiful. Sunny and 60 at 7am. The last 2 weeks have been tough and training and my weight is bad. Again on Monday I think I need to regroup. Not much time before SF.

Again I am struggling with motivation but I think once I can get my rhythm back everything will click.

SUMMER IS HERE

MONDAY: RUN: 30 MIN.
TUESDAY: ZERO
WEDNESDAY: RUN : 45 MIN.


Hot and humid weather is definitely here. This work week has been hectic with the new computers going in. But I got run in at about 8pm. It was good that I waited. The air was very thick.

I think my stress level will be going down alot of things are getting better.

I need to focus in my Training on San Francisco. I need to go to Waterfall glen a couple of times and get some hills in.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

RUN: 7.0 MILES/ TREADMILL

The weather outside was crappy-rain,thunder and humid. I wanted to run 7-8 miles. I went to the gym at 630am so I could so I could get back home for a family day. I felt good but I noticed my HR was alittle high today. 155-165 . I rode yesterday so I didn't want to push it too far.

It's getting close to San Francisco half so I need to stasrt increasing my miles. I tried the Strawberry shot Bloks today. I liked the taste. a bit gooey on the fingers to pop in your mouth. I am hoping for a better training this week. Nobday is Go-live with our new computers at work so it depends on that.
