AN HOUR IN THE SADDLE

SPINNING: 60 MIN/ AVE HR 132/ MAX 163.

Today I paid the price of eating bad yesterday. Had mexican and french silk pie. Had the trots last night and this am. Then forgot my water for the class. Needless to say I felt dehydrated and unable to really push like I would like to. Learning lesson again.

Cindy did and endurance ride tonight. It left me with alitlle extra so I ran a mile on the treadmill. I'm trying to get my legs used to the switch. Felt good. It was nice to take yesterday off.

It was an interesting workout. A whole variety including going only 60 rpm. I took it easy because My legs were tired. I had tried to move my seat up to F but it hurt my groin so I went back to E.

SERIOUS ABOUT TRAINING

FRIDAY: REST

SATURDAY: SPINNING / INTERVALS/ MARY/ AVEHR 148

Today was the toughest class I have taken. Mary really is trying to get us ready for outside.

SUNDAY : TREADMILL/ 4:1/ 2 HOURS/ AVE HR 135

Good endurance workout. I felt really good until the last five minutes and developed and ITB pain rt leg. Walked the last 5 minutes. I am creditting myself with 8 miles. Thank heaven I was close to the bathroom- Several pit stops.
