CHILLY CYCLING

Corbin and I decided to take it outdoors. It was a great idea except it was 27 and windy. We made it felt good .. The best thing was how I am feeling mor comfortable on the bike. I went to the bike store and asked questions and will take the bike in to get everything tightened.

Tonight was an easy spin-we had Cindy for class. She is new so doesn't really push like the others. It was a good workout. My les feel good and I really feel like I'm heading in the right direction. Less than 2 monthes to the first duathalon.

DOUBLE DAY

It was a great day > at lunch I ran with my friend again. It was less windy and today we had a big girl with no bra in front of us. The first mile was 12:30 then 11:20. I felt good but need to pick the speed up.

Got home and Corbin and I went for a ride. It felt good. I'm finally starting to get the hang of it. The temp was abou 45 and a little windy. I am really starting to enjoy the training.

RELAXING 2 IN THE WIND.

RUN: 2MILE / NO TIME


Today at lunch I was able to run again with my running buddy who has been off. Due to an injury she is trying to come back and re-motivate. I want to help but not push. I know in my heart what a natural she is. The wind was brutal but we made it 2. I tried to keep the end light with a North Carolina Mountain and wild dogs. Tomorrow I'll find something new. Very enjoyable.

TONY'S PYRAMID

SPINNING: 1 HOUR/ NO HR(DAMN WATCHES)

This was my favorite workout> Each section has 4 parts: sitting flat,standing flat, sitting climb, and standing climb. Each part is repeated then increases and decreases in time. So you do 30 sec.,45sec.,60 secon.,90 sec. 2 min----then reverse. It's a great workout that goes fast. No real recovery. Don't know what my HR was as every watch that I have is broke!!!!!

AWESOME OUTDOORS

RUN: 1 HOUR 20 MIN./ 6 MILES


Beautiful morning. Got out the door at 7am. Sun and about 50. Alittle windy but headed out with Dakota. I felt great and took a few 1 minute breaks with no set ratio. Felt good the entire run. My watch froze up so I dont't have all my specifics but my HR seemed to hang around 135-140. I am really excite that spring is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
