TONY'S TOUGH INTERVALS

Another hard workout. I kept up and felt exhausted when done. 3 people in the class went straight to the treadmill-guess what -they are training for Galena also. That was intimidating. I need to do that make on a Thurs becase Cindy is easier. REMEMBER IT'S ALL ABOUT THE COURAGE TO START!!!!!! I feel like I'm starting all over in a way.

TOUGH TUESDAY

RUN: TREADMILL /30 MIN/ HR130-140

My legs were really tired. Alot of days in a row. So i just took it fairly easy. I signed up to have map testing done next week to figure ou what my AT is. I think that will help. I have never believed in HR training bu this is making me think.

TONY'S TOUGH CROSSTRAING

SPINNING: 1 HOUR/ 4 X 9MIN/ AVE HR 148

Tonight we did 4 sections of 9 mins. Each section had 3 min of speed intervals, 3 of resistance changes, and 3 of climbing. What a workout. My legs wer so tired. I change the seat to Higher(F), and it also gave me more leg work. Tomorrow should probably be an easier day-run.

SPINNING STRENGTH

SPINNING: 1HR/ AVE HR 147

Tony had us do a strength workout. My legs were really tired fron running but after 30 min -I felt good. The plan for the week ahead: mon & Wed spin. Tues and Thurs run. and hopefully a longer run on Saturday. But as always -let's be flexible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
