Had a hard time getting up but it was worth it. 50 and sunny. Dakota and I did the neighborhood run . Legs were alittle tired but not bad. Could have went farther but I want to ride on Sunday. Only 14 days until Rockford and 28 days until Galena

I got up early again-surprise! Another good work-out. The instructor is Nick - good instructor not much personality. I want to continue to spin 1-2 times per week. This early AM might be a nice summer option.

I have really missed the spinning in my training. Beacuse of Lauren's DE and the great weather- I haven't made it in 2 weeks. So to get it in I went to the 530am class. What a great workout. It will take me sometime to get used to it. But there is only 16 days until Rockford and 30 until Galena. I'm looking at Rockfor as a real learning experience . I need to figure the whole thing out. The real goal is Galena.

I have just a few extra minutes and decided to get a run in. It was 72. I was pretty slow today- tired legs and heat. I'm not quite used to this temperature yet. I prefer it closer to 60. Not sure what I'll do tomorrow. It's hard to squeeze things in in the PM right now.

It's time to focus. Only 19 days until my first duathlon. I can't believe it's come so fast!!!!!!!It was nice today. Cor and I did a brick. For the run the last mile my legs were tired and it was into the wind. With Lauren's D.E. it's been tough training. I'm thinking of maybe doing some in the AM befor work.

Today was Easter and Cor's birthday. So just decided to eat and celebrate. It rained most of the day anyway. We did go to the bike store and bought Cor a mountain bike for his birthday. So I got one also!!!!!!!! Can't wait to try it out.
