FIRST BRICK BIKE/RUN

RUN: 15 MIN./ 1MILE AND C/D

I tried my first brick today. My legs felt funny but not bad. I probabaly could have went further but took it easy. Cindy did spinning so it was an easier workout.

EASY AND INSIDE

RUN: 30 MIN/ 4:1/ AVE HR 138

It was 20 degrees outside so I again headed for the treadmill. From 10-20 min I did a hill then from 20-30 I did a couple of pick-ups. It was a good workout. I just love to watch everyone else and hope they don't get the same enjoyment out of watching me.

Tomorrow I will spin and maybe do a bike-run brick. We'll be flexible.

BUSY BUT PRODUCTIVE

I was looking forward to seeing Mary but noooo- Tony A walked in. It was a great strength work-out. Corbin went wiith me and did a great job. I enjoyed having him there.

SUNDAY : RUN: 90 MIN/ TREADMILL/4:1/ ave hr 138

Nice run on the treadmill. It was only 28 outside. I am getting anxious to get out there again. Still trying to get a plan that works well for running and cycling. I just get sucked in to spinning every weekend/.

MONDAY: ET/ 20 MIN.

Just trying to loosen the legs. Celebrated Brian's b-day tonight. My legs were pretty tired when I finished.

TUESDAY: SPINNING/ INTERVALS/ 70 MIN. / AVE HR 149

Mary did a great class that took you to the edge. Lots of hills and some speed. Corbin went with me again and did great. I was exhausted after this one.
