IT'S A NEW DAY!

Well ,I think I've finally put the marathon behind me. Focus on the future not the past. Had a very good work out day. I began a new weight class-on Mon. & Weds. I hope to lose weight and see and improvement . Looking at the calendar for next year. So far Flying Pig & Columbus Marathon.
