CATCHING UP AGAIN

MONDAY: STRONG/WEIGHTS 60 MINS.

TUESDAY : OFF

WEDNESDAY: WIMPED OUT

I guess at some point you need to take it easier but with home the way it is right now this is the time. I just need to keep some sort of excercise going until January then seriously pick things up again. I do still feel strong when I work out.
