MARY'S CLIMB AND SWEAT

SPINNING: 1HR 10 MIN / AVE HR 138/ MAX 165

This was a strength workou with 4 climbs. We didn't take a break foir 30 min and spent alot of time in the saddle. Mary reminded us we ar in trainin. After this weekend in Ohio I need to run outside and focus on the Flying Pig.
