It's time to focus. Only 19 days until my first duathlon. I can't believe it's come so fast!!!!!!!It was nice today. Cor and I did a brick. For the run the last mile my legs were tired and it was into the wind. With Lauren's D.E. it's been tough training. I'm thinking of maybe doing some in the AM befor work.
