WEIRD WEEK CATCH-UP
WEDS: ZERO REALLY BAD DAY
THURS: RUN: 35 MIN./3.O MILES
FRIDAY: RUN: 35MIN./ 3.O MILES
I really can't explain all the problems that knocked my training off this week But Weds. was bad -my godmother passed away and a problem with Cor. It was a challenge to recover but I did get a couple of runs in. My training time will be down but the mileage is up.
