RAMPING IT UP

SPIN : 65 MIN.

The EXTREME (my fav spin instructor) was back tonight after breaking her leg mountain biking. It was so good to have her back. She is so motivating. The focus of tonight class was ramping it up to spring goals and training. What a workouy! She absolutely has the ability to take you to the limit. She wil be doing the coast to coast expedition and the extreme expedittion in Moab in 2007. She is my inspiration and gives me the belief in myself. There is such a high after the hour with her.

Waddling along pumped up.....

I'm sorry I missed her class! I'm so glad she's back! Yay you for going.

I haven't been doing spin classes because I quit the gym. It's the only thing I miss about the gym membership. I just couldn't justify the $40/month for a few spin classes, but they do wonders for not only my cycling but my running speed. When my friend first talked me into them she promised me a faster running speed and I didn't believer her. As usual I was wrong. Maybe I should just suck it up and pay the $8.00 daily usage fee and do a spin class every other week.

That's some workout! I've only done a couple of 60+ min. spin classes. While they are hard, they leave you feeling pretty good, like you said. You just have to learn to pace yourself.

Cool workout, neat to know someone like that.

I had a long conversation last week at church with a guy who did a coast-to-coast bike ride. Very neat...got my interest up, though I'm probably waaaay beyond that!!!

Oh, thanks for tagging me, I did notice. I'm swamped and I'll take a pass!
