I sat down an hour ago to put down some thoughts. I have been unable to put much together. I have a big lack of concentration. I need to make a list of things to take. Time is running short. I am going to bed and watch the replay of Ironman Kona, which always inspires me.

running shoes, socks, shorts, top, sports bra, hat, bodyglide, sunscreen, electrolytes, nutrition, fuel belt (if you use one), toothbrush, clean undies, clean street clothes, jammies.
