NEW STROKE


Tonight at swim class, we learned the backstoke. My freestyle is still not quite there. Coach wanted to give us something different to keep us motivated and we did some laps. It was a good workout.

My legs were still tired from Team Weight loss from last night. We were pushed for an hour on the treadmill. Coach took our incline up to 10 and gave us 10 lb. weights.My HR really jumped. I got on the scales and found that I'd lost another 2.5 lbs. Brings me a total of 5 lbs. I hope that I can keep this up.

Waddling to stay motivated and watch Biggest Loser..........

Monday : 60 min. treadmill
Tuesday: 45 min. swim class

Wow, you've lost 5 pounds already! Good job on the weight loss and also on the workout. I sometimes like to set the incline high on the treadmill. Of course, I can't run, but it still feels like a great workout.

Man you are working hard! But seeing great results! Running on an incline treadmill with weights sounds like pure torture! (But kudos to you for getting the workout DONE!)

My backstroke and breastroke are no good. Usually I look like I need to rescued when I tried anything other than freesyle. LOL. But I guess it's good to improve overall swimming.
