PERKING ALONG

I know that it is only day 4 into my personal reboot but I feel good. I am focusing on 3 things:
1. Nutrition - I am using SparkPeople.com to track my eating and meet daily goals.
2. Sleep - I am making sure to attempt 8-9 hours of sleep per night.
3. Workouts - I am keeping to a schedule and using Training peaks to log and make me accountable.

Keep up the good work. I know sparkpeople has the community aspect to it, so that might be why you prefer it, but just wanted to let you know that you can track nutrition, sleep and your workouts in Trainingpeaks. Even the free version. I really like the nutrition integrated with the exercise because you can see how much you are burning and it then accounts for your exercise. I haven't really used sparkpeople except a few years ago where I looked around a little bit, but it does have a good community from what I can tell. Keep on keeping on!

I use Training Peaks to log workouts and food. The food diary isn't as intuative as Spark or LiveStrong, but I'm getting used ot it!

I need a comeback myself... I've gotten SO far off track since this move last year....

I think I might have to make me a trip down to FL next year and cheer you on though....

I wish a personal reboot was as easy as it is for the computer... push a button and BAM all clear....
