ENDURANCE RIDE
SPINNING: 1 HOUR/ FORGOT HRM
Tonight mary took us on an endurance ride. You stay in the seat and try to maintain a constant rate with several pick-ups. I felt this would be an easy workout. Boy was I wrong. I think it is easier with the ups and downs.
I am really trying to figure out a training plan. I just got a new book which will help -I don't think I can totally wing it. So far every 3rd weekend will be a longer endurance run-up to 3 hours. the other 2 will be a 60-90 min. with a bike or spin.
