TONY'S TOUGH CROSSTRAING
SPINNING: 1 HOUR/ 4 X 9MIN/ AVE HR 148
Tonight we did 4 sections of 9 mins. Each section had 3 min of speed intervals, 3 of resistance changes, and 3 of climbing. What a workout. My legs wer so tired. I change the seat to Higher(F), and it also gave me more leg work. Tomorrow should probably be an easier day-run.
