SPINNING STRENGTH

SPINNING: 1HR/ AVE HR 147

Tony had us do a strength workout. My legs were really tired fron running but after 30 min -I felt good. The plan for the week ahead: mon & Wed spin. Tues and Thurs run. and hopefully a longer run on Saturday. But as always -let's be flexible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
