SPINNING: 1 HOUR/ NO HR(DAMN WATCHES)
This was my favorite workout> Each section has 4 parts: sitting flat,standing flat, sitting climb, and standing climb. Each part is repeated then increases and decreases in time. So you do 30 sec.,45sec.,60 secon.,90 sec. 2 min----then reverse. It's a great workout that goes fast. No real recovery. Don't know what my HR was as every watch that I have is broke!!!!!
