CRT

CRT(CARDIO-RESISTANCE TRAINING) : 60 MIN.

I could have went to Yoga class but----- I saw this other group class available. It was tough and it was painful! We used the BOSU and large ball and weights. I enjoyed it much more than yoga and felt like I got a good core workout. I think it's yoga out--CRT in.
