I'M BACK!

RUN: 60 MIN / TREADMILL / AVE HR=144

I got back in town Friday at 130 am. Things in Ohio were in serious shape but we were able to turn things around medically. My father in law is still in the hospital. He will be getting out next week and going to a hospice home. I think that will help everyone the most at this time.

I went to work yesterday because of several special cases and patients that I felt like I needed to be there for. Suprisingly I felt good even with the lack of sleep.
I came home and signed up for the Pig looking to the future!

This morning, I got up and headed for the gym and it felt good to hit the treadmill. Excercising always takes me to a peaceful place in my mind. I felt ready to take on the challenges of the days ahead.

Waddling off into Saturday...........

Welcome home! :) I'm sure your patients are so grateful that you were there.

I'm glad to hear things are better with your FIL! You must be relieved.

Nice job on your run. Isn't runningh the best?

A less than ideal week, I'm sure you're glad it's behind you.

I hope your father-in-law is better. It didn't sound very good.

I'm the same with running, it takes me to my happy place. Whenever things get bad, a run is my best medicine.

Glad things are more stable in Cleveland. That is never far from your collective minds, I'm sure.

And, yes, hitting the treadmill/road is a great positive step!

good luck with the f-i-l...so hard to be far away.

Is it just me, or does it seem that everyone our age is having these problems with their parents? I guess it's inevitable.
