Mare was back at spin tonight. SHe gave us one heck of a work-out. Tonight we did jumps on a hill, sprints on a hill, the one long mother of a hill that never ended. On top of that she found the pause button on the music and if we all weren't working hard enough she paused the music to motivate us then continued. Actually when her class is finished, I appreciate everything she does to push me.
At work we still have trainers there, but the pressure is on because unfortunately we have so many patients under treatment currently. It ended up to be another 10 hour day.
Waddling to tuck everyone in....

A good way to use your legs and get a good workout without pounding on the treadmill. Good cross training. I am finding the spinning is complementing my other workouts rather than making me too tired, which I thought it might.

I need to do a spin class - it sounds like a great workout.
Spinning instructors push me like I never push myself. You'll be a faster runner for it. Good job!
She is in a class all by herself! She can get us to do the impossible, and then pause and do it again!
Nice job on getting to her class even after the marathon day.
