SO-SO SATURDAY

ELLIPTICAL : 45 min..

I went to work early to get things everything turned on then went to the shape shop to do the elliptical. I love to work out there because of the DVD players and TV they have hooked up to all the treadmills and ellipticals. Today I watched Miami Vice. The time went quick and I felt good. ( I should after 3 days off.)

Tomorrow is long run day. My goal 3:30 with a 4r:1w ratio. I never look at miles. I have 5 weeks until my first race- a half marathon. I spent time today getting all my winter clothes out. Then I found my fuel belt and 3-Gu. I charged my MP3 although I think I'll run without it. I wish my Garmin was here but Patient-I'll have it next week.
