TGIF

It is finally Friday! This has been the longest week ever. (It is also the first full week that I have worked since the beginning of December).

My workouts have gone great. Today I realized that I am on a streak of 10 days in a row. I have noticed a couple of new aches. The most bothersome is my right ankle on the medial side. When I do not have shoes on, it is very tight and sometimes painful. The other ache is my Rt groin. Nothing major but noticeable. I think I'll play MD and research a diagnosis.

My weekend plan is to Swim on Saturday followed by a longer run on Sunday.

Waddling into the weekend.............................

Spin : 60 min / ave HR = 147

Sounds to me whatever is bothering the ankle might be coming from the tight groin muscle. I get this quite often. Look for some stretches for the groin muscle and possibly the ankle will clear up. Clearly an inbalance, but once again another mystery to solve!

Super, just super, to see how consistent your workouts have been.

That helps during a stressful week.

I'm not a doctor (and I don't play one on TV) BUT I agree with what Vickie said. It has been my experience that pains (as you described) are often related to each other. If the pains don't resolve themselves, do get checked so things don't get worse. I hope you're able to figure out what it is.

Take care!!!
