I was up early and anxious to swim today. After having several days off, it sounded good. Coach Steve had a good workout on the board. Each lane had 4 swimmers.


Our workout:
Warm up
3 x 200
5 x 100
6 x 50 sc -1
4 x 25 sprints Rest
4 x 25 sprints
Cooldown
A great start to a Sunny Sunday.

Waddling feeling satisfied.............................
