I'M OKAY!

It's 3am and another restless night. The last 2 weeks have taken a toll but again things like this can only make you stronger. Thank you for all the prayers and support. Snips called me last night and after a few laughs I realized that I am OK.


My training has been a huge stress reliever. I haven't gotten in alot of time but the time I have worked out has been quality. The biggest shortcoming has been in my swimming time which I intended to change in 4 hours from now.

I am very nervous about returning to the pool. It has been 2 weeks and for some reason I feel that I have lost alot and it will be hard to keep up with the workout. I know that when completed that I will feel alot better.

Waddling back to sleep..............

Swimming is the forgiving discipline! Let that water buoy you up. Have a great swim!

I've always found swimming to be the easiest to return to. I think everything will be fine. Hang in there!

I was looking for you at the pool yesterday a.m. You must have left just before I got there!

I know that it's hard for people who don't LOVE to swim to get in the pool in the winter. Good for you for keeping at it!

Swimming is something that comes back to you easily as long as you don't leave it alone for too long. You've had a rough time lately. Just take a deep breath and relax. If you think you're okay, then you probably are.

I often find swimming to be hard when I've been away from the pool but the water can also be quite comforting and serene. Hope your workout went well!
