I am still hanging in there.
New game plan for 2006:
- No marathon this year.
- 4-5 half marathons
- 2- 5 k's
- 1 - 10k
- at least 1-2 duathalons.
I have a new book-"The Slow Fat Triathalete" I can't swim but i am looking forward to new training. I think my Christmas present is a new bike. I am so excited.
