HECTIC HOLIDAY

TUESDAY: OFF/ NO TIME

WEDNESDAY: 60 MIN./ SPINNING/ 148 AVE HR

I am still hanging in there.
New game plan for 2006:

  1. No marathon this year.
  2. 4-5 half marathons
  3. 2- 5 k's
  4. 1 - 10k
  5. at least 1-2 duathalons.

I have a new book-"The Slow Fat Triathalete" I can't swim but i am looking forward to new training. I think my Christmas present is a new bike. I am so excited.
