EASY SUNDAY RIDE REFLECTING

BIKE: 25 MIN- 6 MILES

Just wanted to get out today and move my legs. My quads are really sore but in a good way. Yesterday was an awesome experience. It made me think about my training and plan for the year.
Next on my list of races is Batavia duathlon on June 11. By looking at the results I would be last. I think I want to change my training and train for awhile-reset my race schedule.

CHANGES TO TRAINING:

  1. Spin at least once per week
  2. run at least 3 days per week -- 1 long/1 interval/ 1 easy
  3. bike 2 other days- one day being a brick

Tomorrow I want to look at the schedule and replan my races!
