MAXED OUT LEGS
RUN: 2miles /no time
I went out today to run 3 miles but my legs felt like lead weights. Remember -listen to your body. I switched to my 2 miler. The weather was perfect 60and sun. I wish I could have gone farther. Still looking at the year ahead and the only thing I know is defintely I have 3 half marathons lined up.
