I was planning to run 2 miles tonight but my husband made dinner plans at 6pm. Not much extra time. It worked out really good because my legs were really tired. I have a hard time remembering that the training is already done. There is nothing I can do now to change where I am. In a way I am anxious to get this weekend over to come back and regroup my training. I feel I can train harder. I might skip the Batavia Duathlon just to add more training time in before I do another one. My running is very weak right now.
