TAKING IT TO THE STREETS
RUN : 45 min. : NO HR : Pace = 12:45-13:15
Finally, a chance to get out again. I opened at work so I was off by 3. The sun was shining. The temperature was a balmy 47. I didn't care what the house looked like,supper or anything else. There was no way I was going to miss a day like this.
As soon as I got home, I grabbed Dakota and off we went. I felt good. Watching the sun set was aweome. As we ran by the cornfield, the geese flew. Itwas just the perfect evening.
I hear from some biking friends the weather will be good for the weekend. Could it be a ride in December???

A run outside refreshes the mind for those days when it is dark and icy.

The weather is great!!! 50 in wisconisn!! I'll take it!! Every day is a bonus.
When my husband and I rode the bikes this morning here in not so sunny florida, I noticed the workers were picking the strawberries already, I'll be sure they send plenty up your way for your enjoyment
