R & R

TUESDAY: SPIN : 60 MIN. : AVE HR= 154/MAX=174

Last night I went to spin. Mare had a interval workout for us. There were 5 x 10min. intervals. Each section went 1 min pace,1 min hard, 2 min. pace, 1 min hard, 3 min pace, 1 min hard then 1 min pace. Rest then new interval. She said it will creep up on you. It kicked my butt from the start.

We had to take my MIL to the ER today. Her legs were swollen because her MD took her off her water pills. She came to where I worked so I was able to keep an eye on things. She came home and is doing better this PM.

I opted to take the night off. We had a small amount of snow. My legs were tired and my mind was wishing that I was on a beach somewhere.

Waddling and thinking of warm days ahead..........

Let me tell you, even the beaches are chilly. Blasted global warming!!!

Spin class always kicks my behind. Now I do spinervals at home so at least I don't have to see everyone else doing fine while i'm dying. LOL.

Being on a beach sounds good to me too.
