GREY SKIES

On my training schedule, today called for a 2:30 brick. I looked out when I left the dogs out and the skies were ominous. I wasn't all that pumped up today myself. So I went to plan B and opted for a run. It was muggy out but I got it in. I did my Core workout when I got back to the house.

The day ahead of me looked challenging. It consists of shopping with Hooch,my daughter who is 17, and my MIL who is 70. It should be an interesting day for sure. Swimsuits are the item of the day. (not for me though)

Waddling to prepare for shopping.............

RUN - 00:30
CORE- 00:15

You triathletes have a whole different language. :-)

How much running/biking were you scheduled for in that brick? I assume it was bike for a certain time, then run. Or is it run, bike, run?

Bathing suits, huh. I'm sure your 17 year old ditched you and grandma and only wanted you around to pay. It's really nice of you to take care of your MIL. I'm sure it's a big adjustment for everyone.

Oh my. Swimsuit shopping with a 17 and 70. That must have been interesting.

I can just imagine the suits that either will buy. Hmmm maybe I shouldn't...lol.

Shopping counts as mental endurance in my book- especially with a 17 and a 70 year old!

Shopping should be considered a workout... I hope it was a success!

Yeah, this humidity has been a bear, takes some getting used to. Hope your Sunday run went well.
