Our run minutes are almost the same! You know I put my trainer minutes in my bike..ugh, I need to separate that from now on. Good thinking! Your swim is AWESOME!! Keep it up!

Great job! hey it looks more impressive when you add all those spin classes and traininer workouts to your bike totals. that's what I have done in the past anyway.
