Great job! hey it looks more impressive when you add all those spin classes and traininer workouts to your bike totals. that's what I have done in the past anyway. :)
66-year young mom of 2 young adults, Grandmother of 4, who is a back-of-the-pack runner and triathlete. Since my return to running at 46, I've completed 2 Chicago marathons, the Flying Pig marathon, 11 half-marathons, 7 duathlons,5 sprint triathlons,1 Olympic, 1 half Iron triathlon, and the 2008 Steelhead (DU). 2009 I did my Iron Distance on Nov 7 at the Beach2Battleship, North Carolina.
10 years away from things, I am now trying to comeback starting with a 5k.

I'd add the spin and trainer together and count them as 'indoor cycling'
