66-year young mom of 2 young adults, Grandmother of 4, who is a back-of-the-pack runner and triathlete. Since my return to running at 46, I've completed 2 Chicago marathons, the Flying Pig marathon, 11 half-marathons, 7 duathlons,5 sprint triathlons,1 Olympic, 1 half Iron triathlon, and the 2008 Steelhead (DU). 2009 I did my Iron Distance on Nov 7 at the Beach2Battleship, North Carolina.
10 years away from things, I am now trying to comeback starting with a 5k.

Hey, I noticed your Brick workout: 36 miles on the bike followed by a 30 minute run.
My coach has me doing similar type bricks.
I'm a little worried that I'm not running as much as I should in the brick workout to really be ready for a 1/2 marathon following a 56 mile bike.
Do you worry about that too?
