66-year young mom of 2 young adults, Grandmother of 4, who is a back-of-the-pack runner and triathlete. Since my return to running at 46, I've completed 2 Chicago marathons, the Flying Pig marathon, 11 half-marathons, 7 duathlons,5 sprint triathlons,1 Olympic, 1 half Iron triathlon, and the 2008 Steelhead (DU). 2009 I did my Iron Distance on Nov 7 at the Beach2Battleship, North Carolina.
10 years away from things, I am now trying to comeback starting with a 5k.

Good to know things are plugging along quietly... .
Sometimes when you're caught up in your training other things get blurred out. I'm sure something "exciting" will happen.
I can't wait for the season to begin so I can read race reports!

I know what you mean with all the training I don;t have the time or the energy to be anything but boring.
