WEEK 4 OF 14 (PRE-IM)
- Did terrible drinking water back to Diet Dew
- Eating was good beginning of week /bad at the end = zero weight loss /holding at -4 lbs.
- Worked out 6 of 7 days for 5:30
- Continuing to feel stronger.
- Long run of 5 miles
Looking to week 4:
- Toughen up on water and nutrition
- Increase to at minimum 6 hours for week.
- long run to 6 mile
- Lose another 1 lb.
Waddling into a routine..........

I'm so impressed with your weekly tracking! I need to do something like that. I have a training plan ready to kick in - but weekly goals have not made it in the mix yet. Good luck this week!
