WEEK 5 OF 14 (PRE-IM)
- Lost 1 lb. to make a total of 5 lbs.
- Worked out 6 of 7 days for 8:00 hrs total
- Long run of 6 miles done on treadmill.
- Motivation good-felt stronger.
- Still drinking too much Diet MD not enough water
This week:
- Continue long run of 6 miles for February
- Lose another pound
- Finalize housing for B2B
